러시아 블라디보스톡에서 개최예정이었던 '경기운영세미나'(공지사항-1120)가 ISAF에서 강사를 찾지 못하여 10월중(날짜미정)으로 연기되었습니다.

Dear Joon! Dear participants!

ISAF failed to find an instructor for Vladivostok seminar and asked us to postpone it.
We struggled a lot to keep the dates because they were fixed in January by ISAF itself and some participants already got tickets.
But today forced by ISAF we had to take the decision to postpone the seminar till October.

Please, accept our appologies. And let me tell you again that it is completely ISAF's own fault. They are to send appologies letter to KSAF shortly.
I just hurried to inform you before you bought the tickets.

We do hope that you understand everything and will agree to come to Vladivostok in October for the seminar.
Could you also think about the dates which are convenient for Korean Race Officials in October, in case if they still want to come. Now we have to work out new dates suitable for everyone.
